Gag Writing: What you want to know

For some, an important element of cartooning is the gag writer. If you have a flair for comedy, but aren’t particularly artistic or a great showman, then consider becoming a gag writer.
To be a gag writer you must be able to create short, concise images and ideas that make people laugh.
Gag writers most often collaborate with cartoonists, comedians, scriptwriters, greeting card companies and joke book publishers; and are essentially ghost writers.
