Jeszebel
Jezsebel is a Jamaican dancehall singer and songwriter.
Biography
From her beauty to her trendy style, Jezsebel is a star who is capturing music fans with her unique voice and a strength that at one time extended to her considering a career in law enforcement. She actually took the police academy’s entrance examination and passed.
Her love of music has made her as successful a song writer and entertainer; appearing at Reggae Sumfest, Pepsi Teen Splash, Great Bay Carnival, Fire Ina Spalding, Easter Sunday Splash and Filter, as well as touring St. Kitts, Antigua, Bahamas, Curacao, St. Maarten, Spain and the U.S.A. in 2009.
During her performance at the Haque Agriculture Show where she wowed audiences with her songs “I’m Fed Up”, “Morning Ride a di Best” and Wine Down”; all three of which she later shot music videos for.
Her May 2007 recording and video performance of “I’m Fine” is now enjoying heavy rotation on the airwaves and in the dancehalls along with her other tunes “Gangsta Wife”, “Mad Ova Dis” and her latest singles “Money Pet”, “Confrontation” and “Story of My Life”.
Now, Jezsebel is aiming to take on film and stage and plans to be the first female Jamaican artiste to win a Grammy.
